I am new to this site. How sure can I be of the product quality or the service?

We are a curated marketplace which means every product is personally looked over by our internal team before it goes up for sale. Hence you can rest assured about the quality of the product or the customer service. How soon do you guys ship?

We pretty much ship all the products within 1-3 working days.

 

How soon do you guys deliver?

All our products that are dispatched from our INDIA warehouse would be delivered within 4-7 days.

The products that are dispatched from our warehouses outside India are usually delivered within 10-15 days.

To make things simpler for you, each product has an approximate delivery time mentioned in the description.

 

Whoa. Warehouse outside India. I don't want to get into that. I don't want to pay any customs and international shipping fee. And what do I do if I face an issue?

Don't worry, we got you covered on this one. You :

- Don't pay any additional International shipping fee.

- Don't pay any customs duty. We take care of all the hassles and the costs involved and you get the product at whatever price you have seen on the store, delivered straight to your home.

- Don't have to worry about returning a product to an outside India location as all returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed from our Bangalore office.

 

 Do I get Cash on Delivery? And any additional fee for that?

Of course. We provide Cash on Delivery across INDIA, except in Kerala. The Government says so.

And no, there is no additional fee for COD orders.

 

Do I get Cash on Delivery for products shipped from a warehouse outside India?

Yes. You get COD on those products too.

 

Now, what about the SHIPPING FEE?

All orders above Rs.1000 get FREE SHIPPING irrespective of which warehouse the products are shipped from.

Any order below the amount of Rs.1000, has a SHIPPING FEE of Rs.100,  again,  irrespective of which warehouse the products are shipped from.

 

Do you guys accept Returns? Provide exchanges? Refunds?

Yes, we do provide Returns, exchanges, and refunds. We would request you to go through the detailed policy here: Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations 

 

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

If the customer cancels the order before the order is dispatched, a refund will be initiated within 24 hrs of cancellation, to the customer's bank account.

If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped, we request you to refuse to accept the order and the refund shall be initiated within 24 hours of us having received the product.

However, owing to some delay in the customs based on your location in the USA, a few products might get delivered in 10-15 days.

How does the customs work? Do we have to pay customs duty?

First of all the customs duty is applicable only if you order amount is bigger than a $100. We try our best to fulfill the order from within the USA in which case there would be no customs duty even on an order bigger than that, but in case the order gets shipped from a warehouse outside the United States and your order value is bigger than a $100 you might end up paying an additional customs duty depending on the assessment of the officers. If your order amount is bigger than $100, we recommend you to do a quick check at this place to know what you are in for.
