RETURNS,REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you have reached this page, you have either faced an issue or you are apprehensive about the return and exchange policy. We just want to let you know that we go to the World's End to ensure that each order undergoes repeated quality checks and verifications to ensure we deliver the best. However, the world is not so rosy. So in an unfortunate event that you face an issue, we want to let you Know that we stand by every customer till it is resolved. We have compiled a list of scenarios that might occur, the actions you must take and how we intend to resolve them. Returns, Exchange and Refund Scenarios

Customers within INDIA 

1. Size inappropriate

Solution: You can mail us within 3 days of delivery of the order at help@themerchantice.com mentioning your ORDER ID and the size required. Our executives will respond within 24 hours with a warehouse location(within India). Kindly pack the product in its original packaging and send it across to this address. The minimal shipping cost shall be refunded to you in the form of store credits and the new product shipped, once the old product has been received and verified. Kindly ensure the product is not sent to us in a used condition or without original tags and packaging.

2.Wrong or broken product delivered

Solution: We do multiple quality checks and hence this scenario is highly unlikely.But in the rare case that it happens, you can mail us as soon as you have discovered the damage at help@themerchantice.com mentioning your ORDER ID and supporting images. Our executives will respond within 24 hours with a warehouse location(within India). Kindly pack the product in its original packaging and send it across to this address. The minimal shipping cost shall be refunded to you in the form of store credits and the new product shipped, once the broken product has been received and verified.


3. Unsatisfied with the product

Solution: You can mail us within 3 days of delivery of the order at help@themerchantice.com mentioning your ORDER ID and the quality issue. Our executives will investigate and respond within 24 hours with a warehouse location(within India). Kindly pack the product in its original packaging and send it across to this address. The minimal shipping cost shall be refunded to you in the form of store credits. And based on your request, a different product of the same value shall be shipped across or store credits shall be given once the old product has been received and verified. Kindly ensure the product is not sent to us in a used condition or without original tags and packaging.

What if I just want a refund?

You can avail a refund to your account if you have made an Online payment via CCAvenue or Paypal. In case of a Cash on Delivery order, you will be getting store credits for the full amount which you can use anytime to purchase any other product.
All refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of us having received the product and verified. The amount shall reflect in your account 2-3 days after initiation.

How long will the refund procedure take?

The refund will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.The completion process takes about 4-5 days 

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to

complete.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:

If the customer cancels the order before the order is dispatched , refund will be initiated within

24hrs of cancellation to the customer's bank account.

 

If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped, we request you to refuse to accept the order and the refund shall be initiated within 24 hours of us having received the product.

 

 

 

Customers outside INDIA

What if the warehouse location is in an altogether different country than the one I live in?

We have multiple warehouses across different countries and in a situation where you will not be able to ship the product to us, we can provide an alternate solution based on the country. Do mail us at help@themerchantice.com in such a scenario and our executives will give you a fair resolution.

What if I just want a refund?

You can go for a full refund once the product has been received by us and verified.

How long will the refund procedure take?

The amount shall be credited back to your Paypal account and the entire process would take about 5-10 days from the date of receipt of product.
